Enjoy easy, active and creative expression through movement. Releasing tension, increasing awareness, and allowing expression in movement is the focus of our time together. We “wake up” our kinesthetic sense and enjoy a fuller capacity to move more freely, with greater ease and increased awareness. Come join us for this half-hour class! Everyone welcome, no experience necessary!
